Services
The Services area lets you manage every service offered across the platform. A service defines something that customers can apply for or that can be scheduled as a course. Each service holds the details that describe it: its delivery type, owner organization, hourly price, assigned service administrators, subject categories, cover image, documents and tags.
Access
To open the page, click Services in the SYSTEM section of the main navigation menu.
Page Structure
The page is built around a single table that lists every service in the platform. Two action buttons sit above the table in the top-right corner:
| Button | Purpose |
|---|---|
| TAGS | Opens the Services Tags page, where service tags are created, renamed and deleted. |
| ADD SERVICE | Opens the Add service form on the right-hand side of the page. |
Search and filter
The Services list does not include a free-text search bar or advanced filters; instead it relies on column sorting and pagination to navigate large catalogues.
Sorting
Hover over a column header to reveal a three-dot menu, then choose Sort ascending or Sort descending. A small arrow next to the column name shows the current sort direction.
Sortable columns:
- NAME – sorts alphabetically (Swedish collation).
- SERVICE OWNER – sorts by the owner organization name (services without an owner are grouped together).
- STATUS – sorts active/inactive groups.
The default sort is Name ascending.
Table columns
Each row represents one service.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| NAME | Service name. Sortable. |
| SERVICE OWNER | Organization that owns the service, or — when the service is not associated with any organization. Sortable. |
| TYPE OF DELIVERY | One or two coloured chips per row: ON REQUEST (blue) and/or SCHEDULED (green). A service can offer both. |
| STATUS | ACTIVE (green) or INACTIVE (red). Sortable. |
| ACTIONS | Three-dot menu with row-level actions (see below). |
Soft-deleted services are still listed and visually marked as deleted; they expose only a permanent-delete action.
Pagination
The table shows up to 20 rows per page. A counter above the table (e.g. Showing 1-9 of 9 results) reports the current window and the total number of services. Use the page controls below the table to move between pages.
Row actions
Open the three-dot menu in the ACTIONS column to access:
- View – Opens the service detail page (see View service below).
- Edit – Opens the Edit service form for the selected service. Disabled (hidden) for already-deleted services.
