Organizations
The Organizations area is where System administrators maintain master organization records in the platform. Each organization stores legal identity, location, and contact details. The same record can later be linked to a Supplier account, a Customer account, both, or neither—those accounts are created and managed under Suppliers and Customers.
Accessing Organizations
- Sign in with a System administrator account.
- In the left sidebar, open the SYSTEM section.
- Click Organizations.
Organizations list
The list shows all organizations, including soft-deleted ones. Deleted rows are styled differently and display a DELETED badge next to the name.
Search
Use the Search field to find organizations by organization name or organization number. Results update automatically as you type.

Delete an organization
Start deletion from the list Actions menu → Delete (or Permanently delete for an already soft-deleted row).
Soft delete (active organization)
- Read the warning. The message depends on linked accounts:
- Organization only — the organization will be marked deleted and unreachable.
- With supplier — the organization and the connected supplier account will be marked deleted.
- With customer — the organization and the connected customer account will be marked deleted.
- With supplier and customer — the organization and both connected accounts will be marked deleted.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field (exact text, case-sensitive).
- Click DELETE.
Soft-deleting an organization automatically soft-deletes its linked Supplier and/or Customer account if those exist and are still active.
The organization remains in the list with a DELETED badge. It cannot be viewed or edited until recovered.
Permanent delete (soft-deleted organization)
For a row that is already soft-deleted, Permanently delete removes the organization record from the database permanently.
Recover an organization
For a soft-deleted organization, open Actions → Recover.
Confirm in the dialog. The organization is restored and becomes active again in the list. Recover linked Supplier and Customer accounts separately under Suppliers and Customers if they were soft-deleted with the organization.
How organizations relate to suppliers and customers
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization | Master record with legal and address data (this section) |
| Supplier | Operational supplier account tied to one organization (see Suppliers) |
| Customer | Operational customer account tied to one organization (see Customers) |
Creating an organization here does not by itself create a supplier or customer. After the organization exists, create or link the Supplier or Customer under the corresponding menu when you need that account type.
