Invitations
The Invitations area lists user invitations sent to people who should register an account connected to a Customer organization. As a System administrator you see invitations for all customers and can edit, resend, or revoke any of them.
An invitation captures the invitee’s details up front (name, email, citizenship, identification, etc.). The person receives an email with a link they use to set a password and create their account.
Accessing Invitations
- Sign in with a System administrator account.
- In the left sidebar, open the CUSTOMERS section.
- Click Invitations.

Resend an invitation
Resend invitation emails the invitation link to the invitee again. If the invitation is still pending, the existing link is reused; if it has expired, a new valid link is generated and sent.
If the invitation has already been accepted or revoked in the meantime, the system reports that it was already resolved and nothing is sent.
Revoke an invitation
Revoke cancels a pending invitation.
- Read the warning: “The invitation for <email> will be revoked and the user will be unable to register an account.”
- Confirm in the dialog (“Are you sure you want to revoke this invitation?”) by clicking REVOKE.
After revoking, the invitation link no longer works.
How invitees register
When the invitee opens the link from their email, they complete registration by choosing a password and language and accepting the privacy policy. Their account is created with the details from the invitation, their email is automatically verified, and they are signed in. Invitation links are valid for one year.
