Scheduled services (courses)
Accessing the list
- Sign in as a System administrator.
- Open CUSTOMERS → Applications.
- Select the Scheduled services (courses) tab.

Which applications you see
All scheduled course applications on the platform.
Filters

Sorting
Default sort is Submitted at, newest first.
Sortable columns: Application ID, Course code, Instance code, Course, Subject, Customer account, Status, Created by, Submitted at.
Application lifecycle
The customer or applicant submits directly to PENDING. You approve, reject, or leave the application pending while the customer adjusts details.

Edit an application
- Open Applications → Scheduled services (courses).
- Choose Edit on a PENDING application, or open View and click EDIT in the footer.
The page title is Edit application.
Status
A Status dropdown appears at the top of the page. You can move the application to PENDING, APPROVED, REJECTED, or CANCELED. Selecting a new value opens a confirmation dialog. The dropdown is disabled while you have unsaved changes on any tab — click UPDATE or CANCEL first.
Tabs and editable fields

Click UPDATE at the bottom of the page to save changes from all tabs together. CANCEL returns to the applications list.
You cannot open Edit after the application leaves PENDING.
View application
Open View from the row Actions menu (⋮). The page title is Application: [Application ID].
The detail page is read-only. Sections appear top to bottom, separated by horizontal dividers.

Attendees
Shows Total attendees when the list is not empty.

When no attendees were added, the page shows No attendee added.
Billing

Visible to all roles except the Professional assigned to the course instance.
Mentors
Shows mentor count when mentors are assigned, or No mentors when the list is empty.

Uploaded documents

When no files were uploaded, the page shows No uploaded documents.
More information
Free-text additional information from the application wizard, or No additional information provided when empty.
Custom application notes
Separate card below the main detail (Notes heading). Threaded notes between administrators, the owning customer administrator, and the professional assigned to the course instance. The panel is always shown for your role; displays No notes have been added when empty.
Footer actions
