Applications

The Applications area is where System administrators view and manage all customer applications on the platform: on-request services, scheduled course instances, and ongoing courses.

Accessing Applications

  1. Sign in with a System administrator account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the CUSTOMERS section.
  3. Click Applications.

The page title is Applications. Three areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):

Use the tab bar below the Applications heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page documents its own filters, columns, and actions.


  • Customers — customer accounts that submit applications
  • Services — on-request services on the platform
  • Courses — scheduled and ongoing course instances
  • Follow ups — discussion threads on any application
  • Professionals — professionals invited to applications

On request services

Platform-wide list of on-request service applications. System administrators can view any application, edit non-stopped records, and see professional invitation status across all services.

Scheduled services (courses)

Platform-wide list of scheduled course applications for published course instances.

Ongoing courses

Platform-wide list of ongoing course applications.
