Invitations

The Invitations area gives Supplier administrators an overview of every application-level professional invitation sent to the professionals in their organization. From here you can see which of your professionals have been invited to deliver a service on a customer’s application, track each invitation’s status and the professional’s response, open the related application, and decline (reject) a pending invitation on a professional’s behalf.

Accessing Invitations

  1. Sign in with your Supplier admin account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the SUPPLIER section.
  3. Click Invitations.

Invitations list

The list shows all application professional invitations for the professionals that belong to your supplier organization.

Use the Search field to narrow the list. It matches the application ID, the customer organization name, the customer admin email, a mentor email, or an attendee email on the application. Results update automatically as you type. If nothing matches, a no results message is shown.

Pagination shows Showing X–Y of Z results (20 invitations per page by default).

Sorting

Open the column header menu (three dots) on a sortable column and choose Sort ascending or Sort descending.

Understanding the statuses

Each row has two separate status fields:

  • Status describes where the invitation stands in the selection process:
    • PENDING — the invitation is open and awaiting a decision.
    • CONFIRMED — the professional has been confirmed by the service administrator to deliver the service.
    • CLOSED — the invitation is no longer active because the selection was resolved another way.
    • CALLED OFF — a previously confirmed professional was replaced by another.
  • Professional’s response describes how the professional answered the invitation: NOT ANSWERED, ACCEPTED, or REJECTED.

Row actions

Open the Actions menu (⋮) on a row.

RejectDeclines the invitation on the professional’s behalf (see below). Only available while the professional’s response is not already REJECTED and no professional has been confirmed on the application yet

Reject an invitation

Choose Reject to decline a pending invitation for one of your professionals.

  1. The Reject invitation dialog opens for the related application.
  2. Enter a Note explaining the reason. The note is required.
  3. Click CONFIRM.

The invitation’s response is set to REJECTED and the service administrator is notified of the change.
