What is a supplier administrator account?

A supplier administrator account represents an organization that is registered as a Supplier in the system. A Supplier is an organization that provides educational professionals who deliver teaching, coaching, and on-request services on the platform.

Each supplier organization has exactly one user assigned with the Supplier admin role. This user acts on behalf of the supplier organization and is its primary point of contact.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your main landing page as a Supplier admin, providing an overview of your daily schedule and upcoming events.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access the Dashboard, click “Dashboard” in the main navigation menu.

Dashboard Features

Today’s Schedule

This section displays events scheduled for today only, helping you focus on your immediate responsibilities and current day’s activities.

Upcoming Events

This section displays all your scheduled events beyond today, providing a comprehensive view of your future commitments.

Calendar

As a Supplier admin, you can open the Calendar and use filters when events appear on your grid. See Which events you see for when anything is shown.

Accessing the Calendar

Click Calendar in the main navigation menu.

Calendar layout

Control	Description
Day / Week / Month / Year / List	Change how time is displayed (week is the default).
Previous / Next	Move to another period.
Today	Return to the current date range.
Date range (title)	Click to open a date picker and jump to a specific date.
Show weekends	Show or hide Saturday and Sunday in week/day views.

The Details page is your hub for reviewing your supplier organization’s profile and your own Supplier admin information. You can keep the organization’s legal and contact data up to date; personal account settings (such as password or profile photo) are managed elsewhere.

A Supplier organization on the platform is the operational account for a real-world organization that provides educational professionals who deliver teaching and coaching. Service administrators match your professionals to on-request applications and course instances.

Invitations

The Invitations area gives Supplier administrators an overview of every application-level professional invitation sent to the professionals in their organization. From here you can see which of your professionals have been invited to deliver a service on a customer’s application, track each invitation’s status and the professional’s response, open the related application, and decline (reject) a pending invitation on a professional’s behalf.

This page is not for inviting people to join your supplier as a professional. This Invitations page lists invitations to work on specific customer applications.

Accessing Invitations

Sign in with your Supplier admin account.
In the left sidebar, open the SUPPLIER section.
Click Invitations.

Invitations list

The list shows all application professional invitations for the professionals that belong to your supplier organization.

Professionals

The Professionals area is where Supplier administrators manage their organization’s pool of educational professionals: view active and inactive members, invite new professionals by email, update languages and status, remove professionals when allowed, and track outstanding invitations.

Only users with the Supplier admin role for an active supplier can manage Professionals. The menu item appears under SUPPLIER in the sidebar. If the supplier account is inactive, access to this section is denied.

Accessing Professionals

Sign in with your Supplier admin account.
In the left sidebar, open the SUPPLIER section.
Click Professionals.

This page describes email and in-app (system) notifications for users with the Supplier admin role — what they receive, and who is notified when they take action.

Column	Meaning
Email	Notification to email (`Yes` or `No`)
System notification	In-app notification center (`Yes` or `No`)
Receivers	Who is notified when the supplier administrator performs the action (sent sections only)
Notes	What the notification or action is about

You are usually not notified for your own action except where noted.
