Services

The Services page lists every service for which you are assigned as a Service administrator. From here you can review the full service profile, update the parts of a service that service administrators are allowed to change, and (for on-request services) open the documents associated with the service.

Access

To open the page, click Services in the SYSTEM section of the main navigation menu.

Page Structure

The page is a single table that lists the services assigned to you.

Search and filter

The Services list does not include a free-text search bar or advanced filters. Use column sorting and pagination to navigate the list.

Sorting

Hover over a column header to reveal a three-dot menu, then choose Sort ascending or Sort descending. A small arrow next to the column name shows the current sort direction.

Sortable columns:

  • NAME – sorts alphabetically (Swedish collation).
  • STATUS – sorts active/inactive groups.

The default sort is Name ascending.

Table columns

Each row represents one service you administer.

Pagination

The table shows up to 20 rows per page. A counter above the table (e.g. Showing 1-1 of 1 result) reports the current window and the total number of services available to you. Use the page controls below the table to move between pages.
