Applications

The Applications area is where you, as a Service administrator, process applications submitted for the services you administer: on-request services, scheduled course instances, and ongoing courses.

Accessing Applications

  1. Sign in with a Service administrator account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the CUSTOMERS section.
  3. Click Applications.

The page title is Applications. Three areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):

Use the tab bar below the Applications heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page documents its own filters, columns, and actions.


  • Services — manage the services applications belong to
  • Courses — course instances for scheduled and ongoing applications
  • Follow ups — discussion threads on your service applications
  • Attendance — attendance for approved course applications

On request services

On-request service applications for services you administer. Review submissions, edit processing applications, invite and confirm Professionals, and move applications through their lifecycle.

Scheduled services (courses)

Scheduled course applications for course instances that belong to your services. Review pending submissions and approve, reject, or edit applications as needed.

Ongoing courses

Ongoing course applications for courses in your services. Monitor drafts and submitted applications, follow Professionals resolving attendees, and process accept or reject decisions.
