The My Invitations page displays all invitations you have received from organizations. This is your central hub for reviewing, accepting, or rejecting applications.
What are On Request Services?
On Request Services are educational services that cover specific subjects for which customer organizations can apply. These services have unique characteristics:

- Subject-Specific: Services focus on particular subjects or subject areas
- Customer-Driven Scheduling: The customer organization determines when the service should take place
- Customer-Defined Attendance: The customer specifies who needs to attend the delivery sessions
- Flexible Delivery: Services are tailored to meet the specific needs and timing of the requesting organization

The invitations displayed on this page are related to On Request Services only. When organizations apply for these services, Service administrators review the applications and match them with qualified professionals based on subject expertise, language capabilities, and availability.
What are Invitations?
Invitations are professional opportunities sent to you by Service administrators after they have reviewed applications and matched your qualifications with specific service requirements. Here’s how the process works:
Invitation Process
- Application Submission: Organizations submit applications for educational services
- Administrator Review: Service administrators review applications and requirements
- Professional Matching: Administrators match applications with qualified professionals based on:
- Subject expertise
- Language capabilities
- Availability
- Professional qualifications
- Invitation Sent: You receive an invitation when your profile matches the application requirements
- Your Response: You can accept, reject, or view details before deciding
Why You Receive Invitations

Accessing My Invitations
To access My Invitations, click “My invitations” in the main navigation menu.
Invitations Overview
The page shows a comprehensive list of all invitations you have received:
Invitation List
The invitation table displays all invitation information in a single view with the following columns:
- APPLICATION ID: Unique identifier for the application
- SERVICE: Information to which service the application belongs to.
- CUSTOMER ACCOUNT: Organization that sent the application
- LANGUAGE: Required spoken language for the service
- SUBJECT: Subject for which education should be delivered
- MY RESPONSE: Your current response status:
- NOT ANSWERED: Blue button indicating you haven’t responded yet
- ACCEPTED: Green button showing you’ve accepted the invitation
- REJECTED: Red button indicating you’ve declined the invitation
- DEADLINE: The date and time to which the responses will be accepted
- STATUS: The general status of the invitation.
- PENDING: The invitation is pending for responses from the professionals
- CONFIRMED: The invitation is confirmed meaning the Service administrator has decided to assign the delivery of the service to you
- CLOSED: The invitation is closed meaning the Service administrator has decided some of the other invited professionals to take over the delivery or rejected the related application in general
- RESPONDED AT: The date and time on which you have responded
- ACTIONS: Three-dot menu (⋯) providing access to View, Accept, and Reject options
Managing Invitations
Viewing Invitation Details
- Click the actions menu (three dots) next to any invitation
- Select “View” to see complete invitation details
- Review all information before making a decision
Accepting an Invitation
- Click the actions menu next to the invitation
- Select “Accept” from the dropdown
- The invitation is immediately accepted - no confirmation dialog appears
Rejecting an Invitation
- Click the actions menu next to the invitation
- Select “Reject” from the dropdown
- A rejection dialog will open titled “Rejecting invitation for [Application ID]”
- Required Step: Enter a reason for rejecting the invitation in the “Note” field
- The note field is mandatory and must be filled before you can proceed
- Provide a clear explanation for your rejection
- Click “CONFIRM” to submit your rejection with the note
- Click “CLOSE” to cancel the rejection process
Invitation Details View
When viewing a specific invitation, you’ll see comprehensive information organized in sections:
Header Information
- Application ID: Unique identifier
- Status: Current processing status (e.g., “Processing”)
- Date Created: When the invitation was created
- Submitted At: When the invitation was submitted
Customer Account Details
- Organization Name: Name of the requesting organization
- Organization ID: Unique identifier for the organization
- Location: Address and region information
- Country: Country of the origin of the customer
Customer Admin Details
- First Name: Given name of the customer administrator
- Last Name: Surname of the customer administrator
- Email: Email address
Service
- Service Name: Specific service being requested
- Spoken Language: Required language for delivery
- Mentor: Assigned mentor and contact information
- Level/Year/Group/Program: Educational level details
- Physical Study Guidance: Whether in-person attendance is required
Subject and Objectives
- Subject: Main topic or subject matter
- Subject Area: Specific area of expertise
- Objectives: Learning goals and outcomes
Time
- Time Zone: Required time zone
- Start Date: When the service begins
- End Date: When the service ends
- Lessons in Weekday: Weekly schedule requirements
- Total Lessons: Number of sessions required
- Total Billable Hours: Total time commitment
Attendees Information
- Total Attendees: Number of participants
- Attendee Details: Table showing participant information including:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Participation status

Any supporting materials provided

- CANCEL: Close the invitation details without making changes
- ACCEPT: Accept the invitation and commit to the service
- REJECT: Decline the invitation
