Calendar

The Calendar provides a comprehensive view of your professional schedule, allowing you to see all your events in different time formats and manage event details.

Accessing the Calendar

To access the Calendar, click “Calendar” in the main navigation menu.

Calendar Features

Calendar View Options

The Calendar offers multiple viewing modes to suit different planning needs:

  • Day View: Focus on a single day’s schedule
  • Week View: See your weekly schedule (default view)
  • Month View: Overview of monthly events
  • Year View: Annual planning perspective
  • List View: Chronological list of all events
  • Previous/Next: Use the arrow buttons (< and >) to navigate between time periods
  • Today Button: Quickly return to the current week

Event Display

Events appear as colored blocks in the calendar grid:

  • Time Slots: Events are positioned according to their scheduled time
  • Event Details: Each event shows time range and basic information

Event Management

Viewing Event Details

When you click on an event, the “Event details” sidebar opens showing:

  • Application ID: Unique identifier for the application to which that particular event is related to
  • Title: Event name
  • Start/End Time: Scheduled duration
  • Language: Spoken language for the event
  • Professional: Assigned professional
  • Physical Presence: Whether in-person attendance is required
  • Attendees: Number of participants
  • Classroom Link: Access URL for the event
  • Created by: Shows who has created the event
  • Laste edited by: Show who has last edited the event

Opening Classrooms

Use the “OPEN CLASSROOM” button in the event details sidebar to access the event’s classroom environment.

Editing Events

Click the edit icon (pencil) in the event details sidebar to open the “Edit event” form:

Event Information Fields

  • Application ID: Read-only field showing the event identifier
  • Title: Event name (editable)
  • Start Time: Date and time picker for event start
  • End Time: Date and time picker for event end
  • Physical Presence Required: Indicates if in-person attendance is needed

Classroom

The classroom options lists all classrooms that you as Professional have added in your profile. You can select another room or add a link to a custom classroom. The one that is currently associated with the current event is marked with an active radio button. You can activate another on by activating corresponding radio button.

Action Buttons

  • UPDATE: Save changes to the event
  • CLOSE: Exit the edit form without saving
