Attendance
The Attendance page displays all attendance records for events and courses where you are assigned as a Professional. This is your central hub for viewing and managing attendance information for your scheduled sessions.
To access Attendance page, click “Attendance” in the main navigation menu.
The Attendance page is your central location for managing all attendance-related activities for your professional teaching sessions.
As a Professional, you are responsible for accurately recording attendance for all your assigned sessions. Ensure attendance is marked as “Complete” once all attendees have been properly recorded.

Navigation Tabs
The page provides four main sections accessible through tabs:
- Sessions Displays attendance records for individual sessions
- Courses: View attendance by course
- Attendees: Manage attendee information
- Report: Generate attendance reports
Filter Options
- SHOW FILTERS: Button to expand filtering options for the attendance data
- Filter Controls: Additional filtering options available when expanded
Sessions
Attendance sessions are automatically created after the event start date has passed.
Each attendance session is displayed with comprehensive information:
- EVENT TITLE: Name or description of the event or session
- DATE: Date of the event (formatted as DD-MM-YYYY)
- TIME: Start and end time of the event (formatted as HH:MM - HH:MM)
- COURSE TYPE: Type of course (Regular course, Ongoing course)
- COURSE TITLE: Full title of the course associated with the event
- COURSE INSTANCE CODE: Unique identifier for the specific course instance
- ATTENDEES: Number of attendees for that session
- STATUS: Current status of the attendance record
- ACTIONS: Three dots providing access to session-specific management options
Status Indicators
- Incomplete: Orange status indicating attendance has not been fully recorded
- Complete: Status indicating all attendance has been properly recorded
- Other Statuses: Additional status types may be available based on session state
Session Management
Viewing Session Details
- Click the actions menu (three dots) next to any session
- Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu
- View detailed attendance information for that session
Managing Attendance
- Record Attendance: Mark attendees as present or absent
- Update Status: Change the attendance status as needed
- Generate Reports: Create attendance reports for specific sessions
