Applications

The Applications area is your hub for professional work tied to customer applications: on-request service invitations, scheduled course applications where you deliver the instance, and ongoing course applications you manage as the assigned professional.

Accessing Applications

  1. Sign in with a Professional account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the PROFESSIONAL section.
  3. Click Applications.

The page title is My applications. Three areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):

Use the tab bar below the heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page documents its own filters, columns, and actions.


  • My courses — course instances you are assigned to deliver
  • Follow ups — progress threads on applications you are involved in
  • Calendar — scheduled sessions for your applications and courses

On request services

The On request services area lists professional invitations you have received for on-request educational services. Service administrators send these invitations after reviewing customer applications and matching your qualifications (subject, language, availability).

Scheduled services (courses)

The Scheduled services (courses) area lists course applications for scheduled instances where you are the assigned Professional. Use it to review customer submissions, attendee lists, and application status.

Ongoing courses

The Ongoing courses area lists ongoing course applications where you are the assigned Professional. You review attendees, agree start dates, send attendee invitations, and mark the application ready when all enrolments are resolved.
