Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main landing page as a Mentor, providing an overview of your daily schedule and upcoming events. This is your central hub for managing your mentoring activities and staying informed about your schedule.
Accessing the Dashboard
To access the Dashboard, click “Dashboard” in the main navigation menu.
Dashboard Features
Today’s Schedule
This section displays events scheduled for today only, helping you focus on your immediate responsibilities and current day’s activities.
Upcoming Events
This section displays all your scheduled events beyond today, providing a comprehensive view of your future mentoring commitments.
Event Information
Both Today’s Schedule and Upcoming Events display the same event details when events are present:
- Event Name: Title of the event
- Date & Time: Scheduled date and time with clock icon
- Language: Language indicator showing the spoken language used in the event
- Access Link: “Open classroom” button to join the event
- Your Role: Your role for that event (e.g., “MENTOR”)
As a Mentor, your dashboard displays events from your calendar in which you are assigned as a mentor.
