Attendance

The Attendance area lets Mentors view attendance for attendees on scheduled course applications where you are assigned as mentor. You cannot change attendance statuses, course completion status, or attendance adjustments.

Attendees report (per course instance)

From Courses → Attendees, the page title is {Course title} – {Instance code} – Attendees report. The Courses tab stays highlighted in the tab bar.

Main attendees table

Lists your attendees who have started or completed at least one tracked session for this instance.

ColumnDescription
First name / Last nameSortable
EmailContact email
Personal numberSwedish personal identity number when stored
LMA numberWhen applicable
Number of sessionsTotal tracked sessions for this attendee on the instance
Sessions attendedCount and percentage (present or late sessions)
AttendedTotal attended time for the course
Course completion statusRead-only chip (info icon: status applies at course level)
Status changedLast change timestamp; history icon opens status change logs

If an attendee remains Paused on an ongoing course for more than one year after their latest qualifying decided start date (accepted application, participating, not moved, not refunded, and confirmed), the system automatically sets their course completion status to Canceled. You can see this in the status change logs as an automatic note.

Sortable columns use the column header menu (three dots): Sort ascending / Sort descending.

Not started

On scheduled courses, a separate Not started section may appear below the main table. It lists attendees who are approved on this instance but have not attended any session yet — their Starting date has not passed and they do not appear in any session for this instance.

Once their first session runs and attendance is recorded, they move to the main table above. The section shows the same identity columns as the main table, plus Starting date (the first session they are expected to attend).

Attendees

The Attendees tab lists every attendee who appears in your mentor-linked attendance data.

Use the Search field to find attendees by name or email. Results update automatically as you type. If nothing matches, a no results message is shown.

The Start date range filter is always visible. There is no Hide filters control.
