Applications

The Applications area lets you, as a Mentor, view on-request and scheduled course applications for customer organizations where you are assigned as mentor. You have read-only access from this list — use View to inspect details and support follow-up work elsewhere.

Accessing Applications

  1. Sign in with a Mentor account.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the MENTOR section.
  3. Click Applications.

The page title is Applications. Two areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):

Use the tab bar below the Applications heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page documents its own filters, columns, and actions.

  • Follow ups — discussion threads on applications you mentor
  • Calendar — events for applications and instances you mentor
  • Attendance — attendance visibility for mentored courses
On request services

Lists on-request service applications where you are the assigned Mentor. You can review customer, service, attendee, and professional information but cannot change applications from this screen.

Scheduled services (courses)

Lists scheduled course applications for instances where you are the assigned Mentor. Use View to inspect course, attendee, and billing details.
