Calendar

As a Guest, you can open the Calendar to see events for applications and courses you are involved in as an attendee. Many guest accounts see an empty calendar until they are added as an attendee on an application or course.

Accessing the Calendar

Click Calendar in the main navigation menu.

Views and navigation

Event types on the grid

When events appear:

Click an event to open Event details.

Which events you see

As Guest, the calendar is usually empty unless you are an attendee on a scheduled activity. The guest role does not show organization-wide or service-wide schedules.

You see events when:

  • You are an attendee on an on-request application that has calendar events
  • You are an attendee on an approved scheduled course application
  • You are an attendee on an accepted ongoing course application (events from your decided start date onward)

If you hold other roles as well, you see the combined set of everything that applies to your account.

Filters

Not available for guests.

Event details

Click an event for times, title, language, professional, and OPEN CLASSROOM when provided.

Actions you can take

  • Review when events take place
  • Open OPEN CLASSROOM from the sidebar

Actions you cannot take

  • Create, edit, cancel, or delete events
  • Use ADD EVENT or filters
  • Change times by dragging blocks on the grid

If you expect events but see none, ask your administrator or customer contact whether you are set up as an attendee on the relevant application or course.
