Services
The Services page is the catalogue of on-request services that you can apply for on behalf of your customer organization. Each card describes one service – its name, the organization that delivers it, the hourly price, cover image and any documents shared by the service owner. From here you can read the full description and submit an application in a couple of clicks.
Access
To open the page, click Services in the CUSTOMER section of the main navigation menu.
Page Structure
The page can be displayed in two ways. A view toggle in the top-right corner of the page lets you switch between:
- List view (default) – one wide row per service.
- Grid view – cards arranged in a responsive grid.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for next time.
Above the services you will find:
- SHOW FILTERS – Button to expand the filter panel.
- Results counter – e.g.
Showing 1-5 of 5 results.
Search and filter
The Services list does not include a free-text search bar. To narrow the catalogue, use either the filter panel or the tag chips on the service cards.
Filter panel
Click SHOW FILTERS above the catalogue to reveal the filter panel. The available filter is:
- Tags – Multi-select. Pick one or more service tags to keep only services that carry at least one of the selected tags.
Click-to-filter from tag chips
Each service card displays up to four tag chips (the rest are hidden behind a “see all tags” button). Clicking a tag chip adds that tag to the active filter and refreshes the catalogue. Repeatedly clicking different chips queues the changes; the catalogue refreshes once you stop clicking for about a second.
The see all tags button (three dots) opens a dialog with every tag attached to that service, and tags in this dialog can also be clicked to filter.
Service card
Each service card shows:
- Tag chips – Up to four tags; click a chip to filter by that tag. A “see all tags” button appears when there are more than four.
- Cover image – Custom image if the service has one, otherwise a generic monitor icon.
- Service name – The full name of the service.
- Short name – Short code of the service (e.g.
TRET,REWR). - Delivered by – Organization that owns the service. Hidden when the service is not associated with any organization.
- VIEW DOCUMENTS button – Opens a popup listing the documents shared with the service. Only shown when the service has at least one document.
- Contains templates indicator (in red) – Shown below VIEW DOCUMENTS when one or more of the documents are marked as application templates. These are the document templates you may be asked to download and upload back when you apply.
- Hourly price – e.g.
550 SEK/Hour. This is the price set by the service for on-request delivery. - READ MORE AND APPLY button – Opens the full service detail page where you can review everything and submit your application.
Pagination
The catalogue shows up to 20 services per page. A counter above the cards reports the current window and the total number of matching services. Use the page controls below the cards to move between pages.
View documents
Clicking VIEW DOCUMENTS on a card opens the Documents popup. It lists every document attached to the service, showing the file name, description and a download icon. Documents that the service owner marked as application templates are highlighted with a TEMPLATE badge so you know which files you may be asked to download and submit when you apply.
Close the popup to return to the catalogue.
Service detail page
Clicking READ MORE AND APPLY on a card (or the service name) opens the detail page for that service. The page is divided into a main area and a right-hand summary block.
Main area
- Title – Service name.
- Description – Full description provided by the service owner. Empty when the service has no description.
- Documents – Table of attached documents (when any). Each row shows the description, the file name, the file size and a download icon. Documents flagged as application templates carry a TEMPLATE badge.
Summary block
The summary block on the right repeats the key facts and provides the call to action:
- Tag chips – Up to four tags; click “see all tags” to open the full list in a popup.
- Cover image – Custom image if uploaded, otherwise a generic monitor icon.
- Service name
- Short name
- Delivered by – Organization that owns the service. Hidden when the service is not associated with any organization.
- Hourly price – e.g.
550 SEK/Hour. - APPLY button – Submits an application for this service.
CANCEL
The CANCEL button at the bottom of the page returns you to the Services catalogue without applying.
