My attendees

The My attendees area gives you, as a Customer admin, a single read-only list of every person from your organization who is taking part in an educational service. An attendee appears here automatically once they are an active participant on an accepted or approved application, so you do not add or remove anyone manually on this page.

Accessing My attendees

Click My attendees in the main navigation menu.

Who appears in the list

The list collects the participants tied to your customer organization across all educational service types:

  • On-request applications — attendees marked as participating on an accepted application.
  • Course applications — attendees marked as participating on an approved course application.
  • Ongoing course applications — attendees marked as participating on an accepted ongoing course application that has an active enrollment and a decided start date.

Each person is listed once, even if they participate in more than one service.

Table columns

EmailAttendee’s email — sortable
Personal numberAttendee’s personal number, or when not provided
LMA numberAttendee’s LMA number, or when not provided

Pagination shows Showing X–Y of Z results (20 attendees per page by default).

Sorting

Open the column header menu (three dots) on First name, Last name, or Email and choose Sort ascending or Sort descending. The list is sorted by First name (ascending) by default.


  • Attendance — track attendance for your organization’s courses and attendees
  • Applications — submit and follow up on service applications
  • Mentors — invite mentors who help follow up on your attendees
