Mentors
The Mentors area is where you, as a Customer admin, manage the mentors for your customer organization. Mentors are people you invite to help follow up on your attendees, and you can optionally allow a mentor to submit applications on behalf of your organization.
Accessing Mentors
Click Mentors in the main navigation menu.
Page structure
The Mentors section has two tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| List | Your current mentors, with search, sorting, and row actions |
| Invitations | Pending and expired invitations you have sent, where you can invite new mentors |
Use the tab bar below the Mentors heading to switch between them.
List tab
This tab shows the mentors who belong to your customer organization.
Search
Use the Search field to find mentors by first name, last name, or email. Results update automatically as you type. If nothing matches, a no results message is shown.

Remove a mentor
Remove takes the person off your organization’s mentor list.
- Read the warning: “The mentor <name> will be removed and will be unreachable.” This operation cannot be undone.
- If the mentor is currently allowed to submit applications, an optional Restrict to submit applications checkbox is shown. Check it to also revoke their ability to submit applications during removal.
- Click REMOVE to confirm.
Invitations tab
This tab lists the mentor invitations you have sent and lets you invite new ones.
Invite mentors
- Click INVITE MENTORS above the table.
- In the Invite mentors panel, type one or more email addresses (separate them with a space). Each address turns into a chip—green when the address is valid, red when it is not.
- Click INVITE.
Each invitee receives an email with a signed link (valid for two days) to accept the Mentor role for your organization. When they accept, they become a mentor and appear on the List tab.
