Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main landing page as a Customer admin, providing an overview of your daily schedule and upcoming events. This is your central hub for managing your customer activities and staying informed about your schedule.
Accessing the Dashboard
To access the Dashboard, click “Dashboard” in the main navigation menu.
Dashboard Features
Today’s Schedule
This section displays events scheduled for today only, helping you focus on your immediate responsibilities and current day’s activities.
Upcoming Events
This section displays all your scheduled events beyond today, providing a comprehensive view of your future commitments.
Event Information
Both Today’s Schedule and Upcoming Events display the same event details when events are present:
- Event Name: Title of the event
- Date & Time: Scheduled date and time with clock icon
- Language: Language indicator showing the spoken language used in the event
- Access Link: “Open classroom” button to join the event
- Your Role: Your role for that event (e.g., “ATTENDEE”)
Even though you are a Customer admin, your dashboard displays only events in which you should actively participate as an attendee or have another role assigned. Not all events related to the Customer account are shown.
