Calendar

As a Customer admin, the Calendar shows scheduled events for your customer account’s applications. You can review times, filter the schedule, and open event details or linked applications—you cannot create or change events.

Accessing the Calendar

Click Calendar in the main navigation menu.

Events on the grid

Events appear as blocks positioned by time. Each block shows the time range and title.

TealCourse instance events for courses for which your customer account has an approved or accepted application
RedCanceled events (labeled on the block)

Click an event to open Event details in the sidebar on the right.

Which events you see

Your calendar includes events for:

  • On-request applications that belong to your customer account
  • Course instances for scheduled courses where your customer account has an approved course application
  • Course instances for ongoing courses where your customer account has an accepted ongoing course application (events from the decided start date onward)

If you hold other roles as well, you see the combined set of everything that applies to your account.

Events for other customers or unrelated activities do not appear.

Filters

Use SHOW FILTERS / HIDE FILTERS above the calendar. Filters narrow what is already visible; they do not show data outside your access.

Use CLEAR FILTERS to reset your selection.

Event details

When you select an event, the sidebar may include:

  • Application ID — link to the application when you can open it
  • Customer account — your organization (on-request applications)
  • Title, service, subject, subject area (as applicable)
  • Course code, course title, course instance code (for course events)
  • Start time and End time
  • Language, professional, substitute professional (if assigned)
  • Status (for course instances)
  • Physical presence — when Yes, in-person attendance is required
  • Participating attendees count (when shown)
  • OPEN CLASSROOM — open or copy the meeting link
  • Created by / Last edited by

What you can do

  • Browse the schedule in all calendar views
  • Use filters to focus on subjects, professionals, services, or event types
  • Open Event details and use OPEN CLASSROOM
  • Follow the Application ID link to the application page when it is shown

What you cannot do on the calendar

Creating, editing, canceling, or deleting events is done by system administrators, service administrators, or professionals—not from the customer admin calendar. If a time is wrong or an event must be canceled, contact your administrator or the assigned professional.

When schedules change, you may receive a notification; open the calendar to confirm the updated time.
