Billing
The Billing area lets Customer administrators view their organization’s billing accounts, track transactions, manage shareable accounts, and review finalized invoice documents.
The Billing menu item appears in the main sidebar. It opens the billing area with tab navigation across the pages below.
Billing pages
- My account — your private billing account and transaction history
- Shareable accounts — create and manage accounts you share with linked organizations
- Shared accounts — accounts other organizations have shared with you
- Invoice documents — view finalized invoice documents for your organization
Billing account types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Private | Created automatically for your organization when your customer account was set up. Used by default when you submit applications |
| Shared (shareable) | An account you create and share with other customer organizations that staff have linked to yours |
Accounts may have Negative balance allowed enabled, which lets you submit applications even when the available amount is less than the estimated cost. See My account for details.
