Billing

The Billing area lets Customer administrators view their organization’s billing accounts, track transactions, manage shareable accounts, and review finalized invoice documents.

Billing account types

TypeDescription
PrivateCreated automatically for your organization when your customer account was set up. Used by default when you submit applications
Shared (shareable)An account you create and share with other customer organizations that staff have linked to yours

Accounts may have Negative balance allowed enabled, which lets you submit applications even when the available amount is less than the estimated cost. See My account for details.
