Applications
The Applications area is where you, as a Customer admin, view and manage applications submitted for your customer organization: on-request services, scheduled course instances, and ongoing courses.
Applications appears under the CUSTOMER section in the sidebar. You only see applications that belong to your customer organization.
Accessing Applications
- Sign in with a Customer administrator account.
- In the left sidebar, open the CUSTOMER section.
- Click Applications.
The page title is Applications. Three areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):
Use the tab bar below the Applications heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page has its own filters, columns, actions, and process diagrams — see the linked pages for full detail.
If your customer account has been deactivated, the Applications area is not available. Contact an administrator for more information.
- Courses — browse instances and start new course applications
- Services — browse on-request services and start new service applications
- Attendance — view attendance for approved course applications
- Follow ups — discussion threads on your applications
On-request service applications are for educational services where your organization defines the schedule, attendees, and delivery requirements. Use this list to track drafts, submitted applications, and accepted services for your customer account.
Scheduled course applications are submissions for published regular (scheduled) course instances. Use this list to track pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled applications for your customer organization.
Ongoing course applications enrol attendees into ongoing course instances. Use this list to complete draft applications, track processing applications, and follow accepted or rejected outcomes for your customer organization.
