Invitations
The Invitations area is where you, as an Applicant, invite people to register a user account connected to one of the customer organizations assigned to you, and manage the invitations you have already sent.
Because you can work on behalf of more than one customer, each invitation is tied to a specific customer account that you choose when inviting.
Accessing Invitations
Click Invitations in the APPLICANT section of the main navigation menu.
Inviting a user
- Click INVITE above the table to open the Invite user side panel.
- Choose the Customer account the invitation is for. Only customer organizations assigned to you are listed.
- Fill in the invitee’s details:

- Click INVITE.
The invitee receives an email with a link (valid for one year) to register their account.
Invitations list
The list shows the pending and expired invitations for all customer organizations assigned to you.

Pagination shows Showing X–Y of Z results (20 invitations per page by default).
Sorting
Open the column header menu (three dots) on sortable columns (Customer account, First name, Last name, Email, Sent on) and choose Sort ascending or Sort descending.
Row actions
Open the Actions menu (⋮) on a row.

| Resend invitation | Sends the invitation email again; if the invitation has expired, a fresh link is generated first |

Edit invitation
Choose Edit to open the Edit invitation side panel. The Customer account and Email are shown for reference and cannot be changed; all other fields (name, citizenship, LMA/personal number, phone, gender) can be updated. Click UPDATE to save.
Revoke an invitation
Revoke cancels a pending invitation.
- Read the warning: “The invitation for <email> will be revoked and the user will be unable to register an account.”
- Confirm in the dialog (“Are you sure you want to revoke this invitation?”) by clicking REVOKE.
After revoking, the invitation link no longer works.
How invitees register
When the invitee opens the link from their email, they complete registration by choosing a password and language and accepting the privacy policy. Their account is created with the details from the invitation, their email is automatically verified, and they are signed in.
