Invitations

The Invitations area is where you, as an Applicant, invite people to register a user account connected to one of the customer organizations assigned to you, and manage the invitations you have already sent.

Because you can work on behalf of more than one customer, each invitation is tied to a specific customer account that you choose when inviting.

Accessing Invitations

Click Invitations in the APPLICANT section of the main navigation menu.

Inviting a user

  1. Click INVITE above the table to open the Invite user side panel.

How invitees register

When the invitee opens the link from their email, they complete registration by choosing a password and language and accepting the privacy policy. Their account is created with the details from the invitation, their email is automatically verified, and they are signed in.
