What is an applicant account?

An applicant account is designed for users who create and manage applications on behalf of one or more Customer organizations. Applicants act as the operational contact who submits applications for educational services and courses, manages attendees, and follows the application through its lifecycle until it is accepted, approved, or rejected.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your main landing page as an Applicant, providing an overview of your daily schedule and upcoming events.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access the Dashboard, click “Dashboard” in the main navigation menu.

Dashboard Features

Today’s Schedule

This section displays events scheduled for today only, helping you focus on your immediate responsibilities and current day’s activities.

Upcoming Events

This section displays all your scheduled events beyond today, providing a comprehensive view of your future commitments.

Calendar

As an Applicant, you create and manage applications on behalf of customer accounts—you do not use the calendar to follow events as a learner.

The Applicant role can only be combined with Mentor on the same account. If you have Applicant only, the calendar is usually empty. If you are also a Mentor, you see events for applications and course instances you mentor; see If you also have the Mentor role below.

Services

The Services page is the catalogue of on-request services that you can apply for on behalf of any customer organization that is assigned to you. Each card describes one service – its name, the organization that delivers it, the hourly price, cover image and any documents shared by the service owner. From here you can read the full description and submit an application on behalf of one of your assigned customers.

Courses

The Courses page (Available courses) is your catalogue of published course instances you can open and apply for on behalf of customer organizations you represent. Each instance belongs to a course under a scheduled service on the platform. Applying always requires you to select which customer the application is for.

Applicants see Courses under the APPLICANT section in the sidebar, between Services and Applications. You browse instances here; submitted applications are managed under Applications.

Accessing Available courses

Sign in with an Applicant account.
In the left sidebar, open the APPLICANT section.
Click Courses.

The page title is Available courses.

Invitations

The Invitations area is where you, as an Applicant, invite people to register a user account connected to one of the customer organizations assigned to you, and manage the invitations you have already sent.

Because you can work on behalf of more than one customer, each invitation is tied to a specific customer account that you choose when inviting.

Notifications

This page describes email and in-app (system) notifications for users with the Applicant role — what they receive, and who is notified when they take action.

Column	Meaning
Email	Notification to email (`Yes`, `No`, or `Mixed` when receivers differ)
System notification	In-app notification center (`Yes`, `No`, or `Mixed`)
Receivers	Who is notified when the applicant performs the action (sent sections only)
Notes	What the notification or action is about

You are usually not notified for your own action except where noted (confirmations). Calendar cancellations skip the user who cancelled.
