Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main landing page as an Applicant, providing an overview of your daily schedule and upcoming events.
Accessing the Dashboard
To access the Dashboard, click “Dashboard” in the main navigation menu.
Dashboard Features
Today’s Schedule
This section displays events scheduled for today only, helping you focus on your immediate responsibilities and current day’s activities.
Upcoming Events
This section displays all your scheduled events beyond today, providing a comprehensive view of your future commitments.
Event Information
Both Today’s Schedule and Upcoming Events display the same event details when events are present:
- Event Name: Title of the event
- Date & Time: Scheduled date and time with clock icon
- Language: Language indicator showing the spoken language used in the event
- Access Link: “Open classroom” button to join the event
- Your Role: Your role for that event (e.g., “MENTOR”)
Even though you are an Applicant, your dashboard displays only events from the calendar where you are assigned as a mentor for that specific event. If you have no such assignments, the dashboard blocks remain empty.
