Courses
The Courses page (Available courses) is your catalogue of published course instances you can open and apply for on behalf of customer organizations you represent. Each instance belongs to a course under a scheduled service on the platform. Applying always requires you to select which customer the application is for.
Accessing Available courses
- Sign in with an Applicant account.
- In the left sidebar, open the APPLICANT section.
- Click Courses.
The page title is Available courses.
Only published instances you are allowed to access are listed.

Each published instance shows:

For ongoing courses that are full, an information message on the card or detail page explains you may still apply and join a waiting list.

Open an instance with READ MORE or READ MORE AND APPLY.
Main content
- Title and description
- Documents — downloadable files (name, size); use the download icon on each row
- Events
- Regular course: list of sessions with title, date, and time; Total events with pagination when there are many sessions
- Ongoing course: sessions grouped by weekday with time ranges; future start dates may be shown when relevant

Apply
Click APPLY when places are available (or for ongoing courses when the waiting-list notice applies).

Then:
- Regular (scheduled) course — opens the course application wizard (attendees, billing, etc.). See Scheduled Services (Courses) applications.
- Ongoing course — creates an ongoing course application in draft status; complete it under Applications → Ongoing courses. See Ongoing Courses applications.
Use CANCEL to return to Available courses.
Course types (what you are applying for)

|---|---|
| Regular course | A fixed set of scheduled sessions between instance start and end dates. The customer purchases a number of seats for their attendees. |
| Ongoing course | Recurring sessions; attendees participate until they meet their goals. |
