Attendance
The Attendance area lets you view attendance records for attendees connected to the customer organizations you represent.
Select an organization
The page initially shows only an Organization dropdown. It lists the active customer organizations that you are assigned to represent. No attendance information is shown until you select one.
After you select an organization, the Sessions, Courses, Attendees, and Report tabs appear. All information is limited to applications belonging to the selected organization.
Changing the organization refreshes the information immediately. You remain on the same main tab; if you are viewing a course or attendee detail page, you return to that tab’s main list for the newly selected organization.
Sessions
The Sessions tab lists tracked course sessions that include attendees from the selected organization’s scheduled or ongoing course applications.
- Filter sessions by course instance code.
- Sort sessions by date.
- Open Actions → View to see attendee statuses and attended time.
The attendee count and session details include only attendees connected to the selected organization.
Courses
The Courses tab lists course instances with attendance tracking enabled for the selected organization.
Use the row actions to:
- Open Sessions filtered to the course instance.
- Open the course’s Attendees report, including attendance totals, completion status, and attendees who have not started.
Attendees
The Attendees tab lists people connected to the selected organization’s attendance data.
- Search by name, email, personal number, or LMA number.
- Sort by first name, last name, or email.
- Open View to see the attendee’s courses and attendance totals for the selected organization.
Report
The Report tab provides attendance metrics per attendee and course instance.
Select a Start date range before report rows are shown. You can then search and sort the results. The report includes session counts, attended and absent time, late sessions, course completion status, and start dates.
