| Step | Title | What you enter |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | (Service) | Selected when you click APPLY — the service cannot be changed afterwards |
| 2 | Options | Spoken language, one or more Mentors, level/year/group/program, and whether the application concerns physical study guidance |
| 3 | Subject and objectives | School type, subject, subject area, and objectives |
| 4 | Time | Time zone, start and end dates, weekly lesson times, and billing account. The page shows total lessons, billable hours, hourly price, and total amount |
| 5 | Attendees | Add at least one attendee by email. You can remove attendees while the application is still a DRAFT |
| 6 | Upload files | Upload supporting documents. At least one file is required when the service marks documents as mandatory |
| 7 | More information | Optional free-text notes |
| 8 | Review and submit application | Read-only summary. Resolve any warnings, then click SUBMIT |
After submission
When you click SUBMIT, the application leaves DRAFT and becomes NEW. The platform records Submitted by and Submitted at, sets a decision deadline for the review, and locks the hourly price from the service at the time of submission.
From this point the application is an official request. Service administrators for that service review it and may move it through PROCESSING to ACCEPTED, REJECTED, or STOPPED. You follow progress from the list or the View page.
What you can do
| Action | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| View | Always | Read-only details, including administrator status notes when they are visible to your organization |
| Add attendees | Status is ACCEPTED only | Adds participants after approval; attendees added this way cannot be removed later |
What you cannot do (and why)
| Limitation | Reason |
|---|---|
| Edit | Customer admins and applicants can change an application only while it is DRAFT. After submission, options, schedule, billing account, mentors, and objectives affect professional matching, capacity, and billing — those details are handled by Service administrators during review. |
| Delete | Submitted applications are kept for audit and review. Only DRAFT applications can be deleted. |
| Upload or remove files | The files you submitted are part of the official request. Changing them after submission could invalidate the review, so further uploads are not available on your side. |
| Add attendees before ACCEPTED | The attendee list is fixed during review so administrators can assess the request as submitted. After ACCEPTED, you may add more attendees if delivery requires it. |
For REJECTED or STOPPED applications, no further changes are available on your side. Submit a new application if you need to apply again.
Edit a draft application
- Open Applications → On request services.
- Choose Edit from the row Actions menu (⋮) on a DRAFT application, or open View and click EDIT.
- The same wizard opens at step 2 (Options). Complete the remaining steps and submit from Review and submit application.
