On request services
On-request service applications are for educational services submitted on behalf of a customer organization. As an Applicant, you create, submit, and follow these applications for the customers you work for.
Applications
As an Applicant, you create and follow applications on behalf of customer organizations you work for. Each application belongs to one of those customers — not to you personally.
The Applications area is split into three tabs — on-request services, scheduled course instances, and ongoing courses — described in the submenu pages below.
Applications appears under the APPLICANT section in the sidebar.
Accessing Applications
- Sign in with an Applicant account.
- In the left sidebar, open the APPLICANT section.
- Click Applications.
The page title is Applications. Three areas share the same heading and are reached from the tab bar on the platform (documented here as submenu pages):

Use the tab bar below the Applications heading in the platform to switch between them. Each submenu page documents its own filters, columns, actions, and process diagrams.

Scheduled services (courses)
Scheduled course applications are submissions for published regular (scheduled) course instances on behalf of a customer organization.
Ongoing courses
Ongoing course applications enrol attendees into ongoing course instances on behalf of a customer organization.
