User profile

After you sign in, open Profile from the user menu in the top-right corner of the application. The profile page is where you maintain your personal data and security settings while using the platform.

For signing in, registration, or password reset from the login page, see Registration & authentication.

Basic information

Update your account’s profile information and email address:

  • Profile photo: Upload a new photo with SELECT A NEW PHOTO.
  • Personal details: First name, last name, email, language, phone number, and other personal information.
  • Save: Click SAVE to apply changes.

If you change your email address, you may need to verify the new address via a confirmation email before it becomes active.

Change password

Use this section when you know your current password and want to set a new one:

  • Enter your current password, then your new password and password confirmation.
  • Click SAVE.

Choose a long, unique password to keep your account secure.

If you forgot your password and cannot sign in, use Forgot password? on the login page instead (see Resetting your password).

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra step when signing in. You can use:

  • Email code: A one-time code sent to your email when you log in (default).
  • Authenticator app: A mobile app that generates time-based codes.

Follow the on-screen buttons to enable, switch, or disable 2FA methods.

User profile logs

The platform keeps a revision history of changes to your profile information. This helps you see what changed, when, and who made the change.

  • On the profile page, find User profile logs and click REVIEW LOGS.
  • Each entry shows the previous state of your data and a changes view with removed values (marked in red) and new values (marked in green).
  • Entries indicate whether you changed your own profile or another user (such as an administrator) changed it on your behalf.

If there have been no changes yet, the section explains that there is no history to review.

Logout other browser sessions

If you signed in on another device or browser and want to end those sessions, use LOG OUT OTHER BROWSER SESSIONS. Your current session stays active; other active sessions are signed out.

Request removal of private data

You can request permanent removal of personal information associated with your account. This is a serious action: much of your data will be anonymized or deleted, subject to legal and administrative retention rules described on the page.

  • Read the explanation and the Privacy policy link before proceeding. To read the full policy and terms, see Privacy policy and terms.
  • Click DELETE (or Request, depending on wording) to start the request.
  • System administrators are notified to review and process GDPR-related removal requests.

If you already submitted a request, the button may be disabled until the request is handled.

If you need help with profile changes or data-removal requests, contact your administrator or platform support.
