What is a platform account?

Every person who uses the platform has a user account. Your account is your personal identity in the system: it holds your login credentials, profile information, security settings, and the roles assigned to you (for example applicant, professional, customer administrator, or system administrator).

You cannot create a platform account on your own—the platform has no public registration. Your account is created in one of two ways: you receive a platform user invitation and complete registration yourself, or a system administrator creates the account for you. Once your account exists, you can sign in on the login page using any of the available methods—your email and password, Google, or Microsoft—as long as you use the same email address that is registered on your account.

After you sign in, open Profile from the user menu in the top-right corner of the application. The profile page is where you maintain your personal data and security settings while using the platform.

Basic information

Update your account’s profile information and email address:

Profile photo: Upload a new photo with SELECT A NEW PHOTO.
Personal details: First name, last name, email, language, phone number, and other personal information.
Save: Click SAVE to apply changes.

If you change your email address, you may need to verify the new address via a confirmation email before it becomes active.

This page describes account, security, and invitation notifications that apply to any user on the platform — what they receive, and who is notified when they take action on their own account.

Column	Meaning
Email	Notification to email (`Yes` or `No`)
System notification	In-app notification center (`Yes` or `No`)
Receivers	Who is notified when the user performs the action (sent sections only)
Notes	What the notification or action is about

Applies across roles for your own account actions and messages from administrators. You are usually not notified for your own action, except where you receive a confirmation or security message.
